His professional journey began in 2005 with track-home painting, which led him to specialize in residential repainting in Visalia. He also spent eight years as an industrial painter for a welding company before leaping to start his own business. Today, Ponce’s Quality Painting serves Visalia and the surrounding areas, including Fowler, Selma, Reedley, Exeter, Sanger, and Woodlake.

Victor’s journey as an entrepreneur began on December 20, 2020, with the vision of becoming financially independent. Starting from scratch as a sole proprietor was his biggest challenge. He not only had to manage projects alone but also faced the financial difficulties of a new business with few clients. His proudest achievement is seeing his last name on the company and building it into a business he can be proud of.

With the support of his wife, who manages the administrative side of the business, Victor has grown his team to include three employees and has taken on more projects. He has adapted to industry changes by using technology to reach new clients and is committed to staying current with the latest developments in his field, including specialized epoxy training and participation in the PCA.
